PRINT PUBLICATION:
I am currently revising and expanding the book manuscript. The book will be published by The MIT Press in 2009 or 2010. Italian translation is forthcoming later in 2009. There is also currently work to make a translation into Spanish and Catalan available under Creative Commons License.
